Notice to Dog Owners

Please register your dog, if it is over 5 months old. 

Dog Licenses are due by April 1, 2012 to avoid a late fee.

 Licenses are $7.00 for a spayed or neutered dog and $14.00 for a unspayed or unneutered dog.  Must provide a rabies vaccination from the vet according to State Statutes Chapter 174.

 Please contact Rosemary Mugan, Treasurer at 528-8494 to obtain a license or you may mail the payment and rabies certificate to Town of Mitchell, Rosemary Mugan, Treas. at W8095 Parnell Road, Cascade, WI  53011
